오렌지맵은 2차원 GIS 범용 엔진으로 GIS 시스템 개발을 위한 컴포넌트로 사용될 수 있으며, 쉽게 웹 GIS 시스템을 구축할 수 있습니다.
이번이 2005년 1월 5일부터 시작한 오렌지맵의 마지막 릴리즈입니다. 1,2,3 차에 대해서는 아는 분들에게만 테스트를 부탁하였으나 이번에는 제 홈에 방문하는 분들에게도 테스트를 부탁하고자합니다.
이번 4차 배포에서는 인터넷을 통해 GIS 영상 데이터 및 수치지도를 수신 받아 화면에 표시하고 처리할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두었습니다. 결과적으로 기존의 C/S 개념의 상용 또는 비상용 GIS 시스템에 비교해서 전혀 뒤지지 않는 속도와 성능을 가졌다고 자부합니다.
오렌지맵 4차배포(3.4MB) 서버IP: X.X.X.X 포트: 1010
위의 링크를 통해 다운로드 받아 오렌지맵_등록.BAT를 실행하여 컴포넌트를 등록(오렌지맵_해제.BAT를 실행하여 깨끗하게 등록해제할 수 있음)하고 데모.EXE를 실행하면 다음과 같은 화면이 나타납니다.
IP 주소와 Port 입력란에 위에 기재한 서버IP와 포트를 입력하시고 연결버튼을 누르게 되면, 서울시 위성영상이나 전주시수치지도를 아래와 같은 화면으로 조회하실 수 있습니다.
